How to transfer your .it domain from GoDaddy

To transfer a .it domain you need to:

• Log into your GoDaddy Control Panel and click on "Domains"


• Go to the tab Domain Setup -> Block, and click on Manage. If the block is active, the domain cannot be transferred. To unblock it, click on Deactivate and save.


• An alert will inform you to wait 15 minutes before the domain block is deactivated.


• When you see the new status Deactivated, you can start the transfer process. First of all you will have to recover the Auth-Code (Authorisation code) by contacting GoDaddy customer care.

How to transfer your .com, .net, .org, .eu, .info domain from GoDaddy

To transfer a .com, .net, .org, .eu, .info or any other extension you need to:

1. Log into your GoDaddy Control Panel and click on 'Domains'.


2. Click on Start.


3. In the Set up tab, go to the last line called Authorisation code and click on 'Send code via email'.


4. You will receive the Auth-Code at the owner email address you indicated at the time of registration.


5. To verify or modify the address before starting your request, click on Contacts in the domain management area and modify the owner email address.
