How long does it take for the mailboxes that I have activated to be active?
Your mailboxes will be active immediately upon creation.

Backup, is it possible to do it and how?
You can backup your mailbox directly from the panel.
The restore service is based on the concept of a backup account: the backup will act as a real mailbox and can be set up in any email client or webmail. Backup copies are available every day for a duration of 5 days. Then they will be overwritten by further new copies. -
Is there an antivirus on my inbox? Is it an antispam?
On Register.it servers there is software for checking viruses and spam only for outgoing e-mails (those sent by you) to prevent the propagation of malicious mail among your contacts.
If you want virus and spam checks on your inbox as well, you can find it included in the Email Pro. -
