Order of Service DominioPro

This Order of Service ("OoS") is an integral and substantial part of the General Service Conditions ("GSC"). The GSC and this OoS establish the terms and conditions for the supply to the Customer of the Dominipro Service ("Service") by Register.it. The terms indicated in this OoS with a capital letter have the same meaning as that defined in the GSC. They are an integral part of this OoS and also of OoSs relating to the separate services comprising the BUNDLE.
The DominioPro Service consists of the supply by Register.it of a BUNDLE of services already offered to Customers separately

1. DEFINITIONS

BUNDLE:


A commercial offer consisting of a combination of services which Register.it also offer separately to the Customer who is enabled to purchase and renew them in combination for a lower total price than that resulting from the sum of the separate services included therein. The BUNDLE also includes products and/or services which Register.it offers to the Customer without charge, without prejudice to the right of Register.it to modify, at its discretion, the offer of free services, while nonetheless ensuring the Customer a similar number of alternative free services, of equal commercial value.

TRIAL:


Activation of the Dpro Service for the trial period as at Art. 3 point 4) below for those already having a domain registered with and maintained by Register.it; in case of TRIAL, the Dpro Service will not include the voucher of Euro 20.00 to be used for one of the Simply Advertiser's services, among them Simply Keywords, or another service chosen at the discretion of Register.

UPGRADE:


Operation with which the Customer activates the Dpro Service on his own domain, already registered with and maintained by the technological platform of Register.it.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The Dpro Service consists of the supply by Register.it of a BUNDLE of services already offered to Customers separately. The BUNDLE is composed of: e-mail service, Hosting service and Web marketing service. In the case that purchase of the BUNDLE is made contemporaneously with first registration or renewal of a domain name, as specified more clearly at Art. 3 points 1) and 2) below, the BUNDLE also includes registration or renewal of the domain itself. The specific features and conditions of the services included in the BUNDLE are described in the single OoSs.

3. SERVICE FEATURE

The commercial features of the Dpro Service are shown on the Register.it site to which this OoS makes reference. At the act of acceptance of the present SO the following services are included in the BUNDLE and therefore in the Dpro service, free of change: a) a 20 Euro bonus which can be used for one of the Simply Advertiser services, for the promotion of your website. The Client may use the 20 € bonus by registering for the Simply Advertiser service for the entire duration of the DPro service. In fact, the validity of the bonus is the same as the duration of the main service promoted. The Customer is aware that Register.it may proceed at any moment and at its own discretion to substitute the Simply Advertiser's service, for which the voucher is being used, with another service, in which case the remaining credit will be converted into credit available for use with the new service which is the subject of the promotionThe Customer is in any case aware that Register.it may modify, at any moment and at its own discretion, the services offered without charge as part of the BUNDLE, and that the Customer is in any case assured of their substitution with another service free of charge of equal commercial valueThe Dpro service may be purchased in the following ways and is always linked to the domain name chosen by the Customer: 1) purchase contemporaneously with first registration of a domain name; 2) purchase contemporaneously with renewal of a domain name during renewal procedures; 3) purchase as upgrade of a domain name already registered by the Customer and maintained on the technological platform of Register.it before renewal of the domain name by the Customer; 4) on free TRIAL only in the case that the Customer already has a domain name registered with and maintained by Register.it. TRIAL shall be for the following term: a) two months for all Customers whose domain name on which the TRIAL service has been activated expires subsequently to the two months' term of TRIAL; b) less than two months and coinciding with expiry of the domain name for Customers whose domain name on which the TRIAL service has been activated expires previously to expiry of the two months' term of TRIAL. In the hypothesis described at a), upon expiry of TRIAL the Customer may decide whether or not to purchase definitively the Dpro Service. In the hypothesis described at b), on the other hand, the Customer, if he has purchased the service of registration and maintenance of the domain name on which the Dpro Service has been activated on trial with automatic renewal, by accepting TRIAL also accepts that upon expiry of the service of registration and maintenance of the domain name the service will be renewed as a Dpro Service; the Customer is thereby informed, exonerating Register.it from all related liability, that he should not proceed to accept the Dpro Service on TRIAL in the case that upon expiry of the service of registration and maintenance of the domain name he is not interested in activating the Dpro Service. In this latter case the Customer, in order to avoid activation of the Dpro Service, has in any case the faculty to modify from his control panel the automatic renewal mode into that of manual renewal.

4. SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Customer is aware that activation of the Dpro Service shall take place, in accordance with the indications present in his own control panel and further service communications, through activation of the separate services comprising the BUNDLE. Register.it shall in no case whatsoever be held to reimburse the Customer where the latter does not proceed to activate one or more of the services comprising the BUNDLE.

5. TERM

he term of the services included in the BUNDLE is linked to the term of the domain name on which activation of the Dpro Service is requested; they shall therefore expire contemporaneously with expiry of the net marketing service, which shall expire at the moment in which remaining credit is exhausted. Renewal of the Dpro Service is consequent upon renewal of the domain name to which it is linked: this OoS and consequently the provision of the Dpro Service, therefore, may expire, according to the choice made by the Customer on the linked domain order, modifiable from his own control panel, a) with or b) without tacit renewala) In the case of expiry with tacit renewal and payment by credit card the fees as of Art. 7 below shall be charged directly by Register.it, under the foreseen terms and at the conditions existing at the moment of renewal, as indicated on the control panel, to the Customer's credit card, following communication by e-mail. In the case that it is not possible for Register.it to proceed with this charge, the contract cannot be tacitly renewed and this same shall be considered expired when the foreseen term lapses. In this situation the Customer may renew the service following the procedures described at b) below. In the case of expiry with tacit renewal and payment with a system other than credit card, 20 days before expiry Register.it will proceed to send an invoice to the Customer, which shall be paid in the terms foreseen therein. In the case that the Customer does not proceed to make payment within the foreseen terms, Register.it shall be entitled to interrupt supply of the service at any moment, without prejudice to the dispositions of Art. 6 of the GSCb) In the case of expiry without tacit renewal the Customer may request Register.it, through the on-line procedure made available by Register.it, to renew the service with this OoS for further and subsequent periods under the terms appearing on the Customer's control panel and at the technical and economic conditions existing at the moment of renewal of the service and by executing the renewal procedures. Register.it S.p.A. reserves the possibility to permit the Customer to request renewal, for some services, even prior to 30 days from the expiry dateIf renewal is not effected, in the forms and under the terms indicated above, this OoS shall cease upon expiry to have any legal effect, without need for further communication by Register.it, and the services shall be deemed as expired.

6. PAYMENT METHODS AND RATES

The fee for the RND Service is that shown in the offer published on-line, and is an integral part of the contract. All fees are to be understood as excluding VATPayment for the Service shall be made by current postal account form ("bollettino postale") or by credit card, filling in the payment form during the registration procedure. In the case of payment by "bollettino postale" the Service will be activated following receipt by Register.it, within the terms indicated, by fax to the number shown on the site, of the receipt proving payment. The "bollettino postale" shall be correctly filled in by the Customer, including all information issued during the order phase in order to permit Register.it to provide the precise service requested. In the case of an incorrectly filled in "bollettino postale" and all other cases of unavailability of the service for reasons not attributable to Register.it, the latter shall not be liable to make any reimbursement but shall proceed to provide a service with an equivalent price, without prejudice to subsequent settlement. It is stated that payment by "bollettino postale" is not permitted for services purchased by instalment and to renew services which shall expire within the number of days, shown on the site, from this same renewal. Register.it reserves the right, at its discretion, not to permit payment by "bollettino postale", giving due communication..
